PMP考试简介

一、PMP考试

每年4次考试（3月、6月、9月、12月）

考试时间：9:00-13:00

纸笔考试，涂答题卡

200基于情景的单选题，英中文对照。其中25题为预备题，不影响考生成绩，随机分布在整套试题中

例如：
1.During a project’sclosing phase, a project manager presents the last project deliverable and runsthe acceptance criteria. However, before accepting the project, the customerwants to add extra functionality. What should the project manager do next?

A.Agree to include therequirement
B.Update the projectmanagement plan according to the new request
C. Review theimpact of the change and start the change management process
D. Reject anychanges since the project is in the closing phase

1.在项目的收尾阶段，项目经理提交了最后一个项目可交付成果，并运行验收标准。但是，在验收项目之前，客户希望增加额外功能。项目经理下一步该怎么做？

A.同意包含该需求
B.按照新的请求更新项目管理计划
C.审查变更影响，并开始变更管理过程
D.因为项目处于收尾阶段，拒绝任何变更

启动：13%、规划：24%、执行：31%、监控：25%、收尾：7%。

三、考试成绩等级

考试成绩按五大过程组来统计，分四个等级：A/T/B/N

A(Above Target):超出目标
T(Target):达到目标
B(Below Target):低于目标
N(Need Improvement)待改进

四、考试通过标准

PMI并没有明确发布考试的通过标准。5A是最高的成绩，肯定通过；5N是最低成绩，肯定通不过。中间组合的各种情况，有3T2B不过的，有2T2B1N通过的......

根据以往的经验，除去25道不计分的题目，如果按照61%及格，需要175*61%=106。如果按照最悲观来预测，还应该加上25道不计分的题目，总计131。也就是说，131是通过考试的比较稳妥的正确率。
